LAWYER, LAW OF PERSONS AND FAMILY LAW SPECIALIST
As a lawyer active in law of persons and family law, every day I meet people who decide that it is better to each go their separate ways. During that process grief, anger, frustration, resentment, fear and pain are frequently felt emotions. Often they are intensified if people have children together. I am there for you, to guide you step by step through the entire process of a divorce, with an open eye for children who are involved in the divorce.
A divorce has far-reaching consequences for all, it takes time and almost always causes loss. I do not just help you with the legal process: I feel that personal support during a divorce is equally important. That is why I really listen to what you are saying. Also to what you say implicitly or perhaps do not say at all. That way I will find out what you really need, to help us find solutions together to clear the way for a new and happy life.
My motivation is what you really need as a person. That does not mean that I will swim with every tide. I will be critical about your conduct and any consequences of actions. Also personally. I will be honest and clear about all legal possibilities and impossibilities. But I am also convinced that my experience, positive attitude and energy will make the entire process considerably more bearable. That way I will be at your side, working to clear the way for a new and happy life. That is my passion, both as a lawyer and a person. That drives me in my work.
