I started out in the legal profession in 2008, and have practiced law as an independent and enterprising lawyer since 2014. During those years I have mainly provided services to entrepreneurs as their regular sparring partner, especially advising entrepreneurs in the field of drawing up and negotiating commercial trade contracts, rental agreements for commercial spaces, cooperation agreements, business acquisitions and shareholder agreements or shareholder disputes. The cases I handle usually have a certain legal and strategic complexity in the areas of law mentioned above. For me, the primary satisfaction arises from supporting cases where, in collaboration with the entrepreneur, I determine the optimal strategy for addressing a matter. This entails not only selecting the right strategy but also substantiating it with compelling arguments through a well-thought-out approach. My skills encompass the strategic deployment of legal instruments, including attachments, bankruptcy petitions, or preliminary relief proceedingsMy objective is consistently to advance the interests of my clients to the best of my abilities, leveraging my legal expertise and insights.
